"I cannot sing high enough praises for Sarah Wright and her team. I was in desperate need of home insurance (mine had lapsed), and I was referred to her by a relative. He had worked with Joanna Kingsbury and had had a very positive experience with her, so I decided to give them a shot. I am so relieved that I did! I can with all confidence say, not all State Farm agencies and agents are created equally, having days before received a quote from another agent. Joanna dedicated her utmost attention and expertise to my situation-even after hours she worked diligently on a policy that matched my needs, showed her concern regarding my temporary absence of coverage (something could happen at any moment!), she examined lack of protection in my past coverage, and explained how and why in detail it was very important that I include this additional coverage. This wasn’t even a tactic to get more money out of me-quite contrarily, I was receiving substantially more coverage than previously at a much lower rate. I found I had the same lack of protection with my auto insurance, so I switched that over as well. Through this impeccable interaction with Joanna and Sarah, with MY needs at the forefront, I have also decided to move my business coverage to them as well. I have never felt so at ease, trusting, and comfortable with an insurance agent and agency as I do now. Lastly, I must give props to Sarah who responded to one of my texts, answering non-urgent questions that could’ve waited when Joanna was unavailable for a bit, but didn’t want me to sit around waiting for a response. She is dedicated and supportive of her staff, which is extremely important to me. I am ever grateful to the entire team at Sarah Wright’s agency. I suppose I owe my brother-in-law a bottle of top-shelf whiskey now for the recommendation!"

"I switched to State Farm because my previous insurance company’s rates kept climbing. It wasn’t reasonable anymore. State Farm cut my bill in half and offered me the best rate I’ve had to date. Both Sarah and Zellie have been very attentive to all my needs. Top notch customer service with rates that are far better than their competitors. In addition, I had been with State Farm years prior with a different agency that was not as competent. This agency in particular is much more communicative, pleasant to deal with, and overall just more on top of things."
