"First, I have been helped by Sarah, Melina, and now Zellie. They are all a pleasure to deal with. I also have the safe driving monitor in my cars. I had an incident on June18th this year involving an antelope and my Subaru. It was unavoidable and all happened so quickly. The impact and all of the airbags deploying was very loud and upsetting, as was my horror for the poor animal. Almost immediately my phone started ringing. It was State Farm. The safe driving monitor had alerted State Farm who questioned if I was in an accident and if I needed medical help. That was very reassuring. Luckily I didn't need an ambulance, and they called the state police who arrived within 10 minutes. Once the police arrived, I began to calm down and bandaged a couple of wounds. I filed my claim the next day. State Farm picked up my totaled car, arrange a rental car, and then I worked through the adjuster they assigned to me. Everything was settled in about a week. I received direct deposit payment shortly after that. Long story short, State Farm was the bright spot in what was a terrible experience. Thanks Sarah, Melina, and Zellie, and State Farm."
