"I have emailed my agent Zellie and not heard anything. Another person responds then I never hear back. This unprofessional and they only reply if it is about taking money. I am not happy with the service I have received at all. I will find a new agent that responds."

We have since called and emailed you and are awaiting more information so we can fully resolve your concerns. "I had a very good experience with Phil from the Sarah Wright agency. As background, I am a detail oriented, numbers guy, who asks a lot of clarifying questions, who does not suffer fools well. Here are the reasons why you should consider taking your business there: 1) Competitive rates 2) Highly personalized customer service 3) Detail oriented and 4) Genuine care, old school (will explain). As for # 4, Phil cold called me. I hate cold calls and usually hang up immediately, but there was something in the conversation which held my attention. I explained I would be traveling for my mothers’ funeral so it would be a couple weeks before we could talk again. Phil said ok and promptly sent a handwritten card to my home on the loss of my mother. Who does that anymore? For clarity, Phil didn't even have the prospect of gaining my business yet, but he was human and he cared just to care. Coming from the farm, that meant a lot. I called him once I was back and just transferred all of my home lines of business to the Sarah Wright agency after having just renewed with my previous carrier 3 weeks before. Five-star service for sure."

"Spoke with Phillip and Sarah Wright, and Sarah S this afternoon. They both willing to take the time to explain every option, discounts available to us and a variety of quotes that fit what we needed. They reviewed our old policies compared it with there and were able to help get the best coverage. Overall, they saved us $500 on our monthly billing. "I want give great Thanks to Sarah, Zelly and Coral for always making me feel valued as a customer and for helping me find the best deals for my Insurance needs on my House and Vehicles, And being there for me when I broke down far from home and I was not quite sure what to do.
